Profile & Onboarding Information:

- Daily screen time limits you set
- Difficulty level preferences
- Self-reported addiction level
Chat Conversations:
- Messages you send to our AI chatbot
- Your responses to chatbot questions
- Context about why you're attempting to open blocked apps ("triggers")
Usage Data:
- Apps you attempt to access while blocked
- Time and date of unblock attempts
- Conversation outcomes (blocked/unblocked decisions)
- Duration of temporary unblocks
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
Device Information:
- Device identifier (iOS device UUID)
- Operating system version
- App version
- Platform type (iOS)
Usage Analytics:
- Session frequency and duration
- Lives system interactions (lives remaining, resets)
- Streak data (consecutive days of successful blocking)
- Challenge progress
- Time saved metrics
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your precise geolocation
- We do not access your photos, camera, or microphone
- We do not collect data from other apps on your device
- We do not track your browsing history outside of the App
- We do not collect your Apple ID password or payment information

3.1 Provide and Improve Our Services
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account
- Provide AI-powered conversations to help manage screen time
- Track your progress with the lives and streak systems
- Deliver personalized challenges and difficulty levels
- Calculate and display your time saved metrics
- Enforce app blocking/unblocking based on conversation outcomes

- Customize chatbot responses based on your goals and limits
- Adapt conversation difficulty to your preferences
- Provide relevant suggestions and alternatives to app usage
- Track your trigger patterns to offer better support

4.1 Third-Party Service Providers
We share your information with the following service providers who help us operate the App:
RevenueCat (Payment Processing):
- We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions
- RevenueCat collects payment-related data but not your actual payment credentials (handled by Apple)

Cloud Infrastructure:
- Our backend services are hosted on Railway
- Your data is stored in secure databases in the United States

Analytics Services: We do not use any third-party analytics services
Crash Reporting: We do not use any third-party crash reporting services
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information:
- Encryption: All data transmitted between the App and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Authentication: JWT-based authentication with Apple Sign In
- Database Security: PostgreSQL database with access controls and encryption at rest
- Access Controls: Limited employee/contractor access on a need-to-know basis
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active, plus 6 months after account closure or inactivity
- Chat History: Retained for the duration of your account, plus 6 months after account closure
- Usage Analytics: Aggregated and anonymized after 6 months
- Legal Records: Retained as required by law (typically 3-7 years)

The App is intended for users aged 10 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 10 years of age without parental consent.
For users aged 10-17:
- We recommend parental supervision when using the App
- Parents can review and manage their child's account by contacting us
- The App contains features related to behavioral health and screen time management
COPPA Compliance (U.S.): We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) for users under 13.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, specifically the United States. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
